- Livestock Consulting — hands-on advisory services delivered by our team.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@ranchresolutions.com of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- Subscription plans and pricing are described at ranchresolutions.com/#pricing and may change with notice.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Free question allowances reset according to the terms displayed on our site and are subject to change.
5. Text Messaging Terms
If you opt in to text messaging, you agree to receive account-related messages from Ranch Resolutions, including herd health reminders, order confirmations, and account alerts. 6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems;
- Upload data you do not have the right to share;

8. Consulting Services
Consulting sessions are scheduled separately and are subject to availability. Consulting advice reflects the professional judgment of our team based on the information provided at the time and does not guarantee any particular outcome for your operation.

The Ranch Resolutions name, logo, website content, and underlying software are the property of Ranch Resolutions LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the AI agents' output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ranch Resolutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to livestock loss, financial loss, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violation of these Terms or for non-payment.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
